Marché Solidaire Frontenac and Trois Paniers Grocery Store
Become a member of the Carrefour and sign up for a volunteer shift at the Marché Solidaire Frontenac, which operates on a participatory model. Located just outside of the Frontenac metro station, the Marché is open from May to November to serve you. Yearround, shop at our new Trois Paniers grocery store! Get a Carte Proximité, a prepaid card that allows you to stock up on fresh, local food. Or come enjoy a tasty, home-cooked meal and socialize with your neighbors at Bols du quartier.

Join us in the kitchen! Boîte à Lunch Centre-Sud invites children and teens to sign up for free after-school cooking workshops. Join a Collective Kitchen Group to prepare economical, healthy and appetizing dishes to take home. Come eat a Community Meal with us during Bols du quartier!
