Since 2020, the Carte Proximité has been one of the flagship programs of Carrefour Solidaire CFC. We are very proud of the recognition we and our many community partners received for this project, which was chosen as the Coup de cœur des ministres – Réseau des organismes communautaires 2023 at the Prix d’excellence du réseau de la santé et des services sociaux.
